WELCOME! This here will be our official blog! In it we will post all manner of updates on logistics, planning, travel, gifts, behind-the-scenes mayhem, and our general agonizing over color and food preferences. And by agonizing I mean total glee.
In the spirit of Officialdom, we hereby present the date and location of our wedding: Saturday, September 26, 2009, sometime in the late afternoon/early evening, at the Kiana Lodge in Poulsbo, Washington, right on Pugent Sound. It's minutes from gorgeous Bainbridge Island, about an hour's drive from Tacoma, and a half hour ferry ride from downtown Seattle.
The themes of this wedding will be autumn, community, and local, seasonal food. The weather should be magnificent, but in the event of rain, this venue has you covered. (Pun intended.) Check out the photos of Kiana Lodge and Clearwater Resort in the lefthand sidebar.
